Italian Grand Prix - Monza 2008
Air Charter Service have teamed up with globosport to offer you an exclusive package to the Italian Grand Prix.
No track gets a Formula One fan's pulse racing faster than Monza. It’s
the quickest circuit on the calendar and also one of the most
evocative; it is regarded by many as the embodiment of Formula One
racing. Not only is it a fantastic example of a track that combines
speed with skill, it also has a heart and soul all its own. It has seen
some of the finest races of all time, but also some of the sport's worst
accidents. The names of the great drivers and the sounds of engines
from years gone by linger in the grand old trees which surround the
track in the royal park.

Arrive in Milan on Friday 12th September on a private aircraft arranged by
Air Charter Service.

Transfer by private car to the five star Westin Palace Hotel and check-in for three
night’s accommodation in twin sharing rooms. The downtown Milan location is
convenient to the city’s famous shopping and monuments, including The Church
of Santa Maria Delle Grazie, which houses Leonardo’s Last Supper and the Arch of
Peace.

On Saturday, travel by road to Bresso in the north of Milan for your helicopter
transfer into Monza for Paddock Club hospitality with Renault. Enjoy the
wonderful team atmosphere as you step back stage to witness the preparation
of the cars prior to the all important qualifying. Walk the pit lane to see the cars
and the mechanics setting up the cars to the optimum levels to save hundredths
of seconds on the lap timings. Listen to the drivers give interviews to the
Paddock Club guests as they describe the feelings of driving the Monza track.
The Hospitality includes a gourmet lunch and open bar. Transfer back to the
hotel in the late afternoon again by helicopter to Bresso and then by private car
to the Westin.

For race day, again transfer to Monza by helicopter from Bresso for your
continuing Paddock Club hospitality. The atmosphere will be unbelievable as
the Ferrari fans – the Tifosi - flock to their positions in the grandstands around
the track as the expectation grows for a home win. After another walk along the
pit lane before lunch will whet the appetite for the race to come. The speeds
reached are incredible at Monza with the famous Parabolica corner requiring
immense skill. Monza always has tremendous excitement due to the speed the
cars reach.

After racing and a final drink at the bar, transfer back to the Westin Palace by
helicopter and road from Bresso. Milan always offers a myriad of night time
experiences and places to dine, or relax in the hotels Turkish Baths and
treatment rooms. Extended stays in the hotel can also be arranged and
sightseeing to the Lake Como or the surrounding area can also be included if
required. Globalsport Directors will be on hand in Milan at all times to ensure
the smooth running of the whole weekend.
